Accounting, what is it? In plain English. 1) It supplies concerned
individuals (Bankers, regulators, investors, managers, etc) with an amount of
financial information that help them to make decisions about your business use
of resources. (I.e., capital: assets) 2)

them together to show the financial condition and the result of operation of
your business. The CPA firm will provide the following: 1-Year end adjusting journal
entries for depreciation, amortization, and for other accounts. 2-Assist in year-end physical
inventory count. 3-Year end closing of the books. 4-Preparation of accurate and
timely income statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and required
disclosures in accordance to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Our monthly, quarterly or annual reports are easy to read. 5-Perform other non-GAAP work
(Supplemental schedules, budgets and forecasts) 6- Set up an efficient
