Services

1-The CPA firm will charge a reasonable fee

for the following services:

a) Form 1040 Series (Individual Taxes) $ 50 for simple returns 4 pages maximum

b) Form 1120 Series (Corporate Taxes) $ 450 for Gross receipt under $100,000-

c) Form 1065 Series (Partnership Taxes) $ 450 for Gross receipt under $100,000-

d) Form 940 Series (Employment Taxes) $ 50 for Gross receipt under $100,000-

e) Form 941 (Employment Taxes) $ 50 for Gross receipt under $100,000-

f) Form W-2 Series (Employment Taxes) $ 15 to $ 30 each

g) Form 1099 Series (Non-employee Taxes) $ 15 to $ 30 each

h) Other Tax forms that may be required same rates as above

2- The CPA firm will charge a reasonable fee for the following services

a) Auditing-$ 2,500 to $ 4,500 for Gross receipt under $100,000-

b) Accounting-$50 to $90 per hour

c) Bookkeeping (Out Sourcing) based on documents processed $ 50 per 200 pieces

d) Web Site art and design consultations $ 90 to $ 150 per hour

e) Payroll service $ 50 to $ 90 per hour

f) Business formation (Choice of entities) $ 50 per hour plus state application and filing fees

g) Compilation $ 50 to $ 90 per hour for Gross receipt under $100,000-

h) Review $ 50 to $ 90 per hour for Gross receipt under $100,000-

Note: Fees will be prorated up for each $1,000 increase in gross receipts above $ 100,000. All work is done in a timely manner to reduce your cost. Unforeseen circumstance may cause fees to change but you will be informed (Example: Additional cost of copying records or postage cost or travel cost) Fees will be listed on engagement letters. Payments are accepted preferably online, credit cards and checks are also accepted. Billings are done monthly for work completed. Payment is due upon receipt.
