This agreement is to provide
the service of preparing the following projected financial statements
to be included as an attachment to a business plan:
1-PRO FORMA BALANCE SHEET
2-PRO FORMA INCOME
STATEMENT
3-PRO FORMA CASH FLOW STATEMENT
4-BREAK-EVEN ANALYSIS
5-All required
reports needed to accompany the pro-forma financial statements.
Forecasts and projections of
financials statements are based on assumptions and/or estimates and are
not likely to be achieved. We will find the appropriate industry for
which the projections are needed and use the industry averages of that
industry and /or other benchmarks to prepare the pro-forma financial
statements.
The Fee is $1,200. 20 % or $240
is due upon sending this agreement. The balance is due upon completion.
If the final payment cannot be made in full then an installment
agreement will made upon your request.
This agreement is cancelable
by both you and A Andrew Harrison CPA PC after giving written notice.
This agreement is cancelable for failure to pay the required fees.
