	I-What can we do for you? We provide the following services: A-Payroll processing (Prepare employee pay statements for gross wages, income tax withholding, pension, profit sharing, retirement deductions and or write the checks) B-Accounting entries (We record your daily invoices of expenses and income and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements: balance sheet and income statement and cash flow) II-How will it work? A-Payroll processing (We specify file format) 1-You upload employee pay gross wage information to our secure server with the password you got. 2-We retrieve the data calculate the income tax withholdings and post the data for your access. 3-You access the information and write the checks to your employee or 4-We access the data and write the checks to your employee. Checks are delivered to you. 5-We prepare the quarterly payroll tax forms 941 and the annual forms W-2. B-Accounting entries 1-You scan and upload invoices, bank statements, and other records to our secure server. 2-We retrieve the data, input the information and post the data for your access at any time. 3-Reconcile bank statements information and upload to our secure server for your access. We provide the data entry clerks to get your data put in the format you specify. We are responsible for the payroll of these clerks thus reducing your payroll cost. We will provide dedicated workers who are looking for work and have the will to get the job done. III-What equipment do you need? 1-Computer with internet access 2-Scanner and fax machine 3-Word processing, spreadsheet, and other well known software loaded on the computer IV-What will the cost be? $ 300 the first 50 pieces of data we handle and 65 cents for each piece thereafter. A piece data could be an employee net wage statement, invoice, check or the final product a full financial statement without notes or one ratio calculation.
