“Our ratings are like a runner’s never changing hurdle, companies are expected to continuously jump over them without touching them. If they touch them it is sign of weakness”

We publish ratings and financial statements by SIC codes as they are filed by selected companies (most active and other selected companies) at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) our policies are:

Publishing Policies:

v     Publish only current audited financial statements numbers

v     Make relevant comments that will help to clarify the financial statements.

v     Make comparison with companies that are in the same industry

v     Give no investment advice as to which company to invest in

v     Publish financial statements within 10 hours after your request is received and verified by us.

v     Not to publish numbers we did not calculate such as stock market prices, Dow Jones, S & P, etc. If we do we would put you at risk if we could not show how we derive the numbers and our reputation for giving accurate numbers would be at stake.

v     Not be an investor in the stocks of the companies we publish either directly or indirectly.

v     Not to do work for the companies we rate or monitor. Directly or indirectly.

v     To notify each of the company we have given a risk score to get their opinion and comments as to the accuracy of the risk score and to make a prompt correction if needed. This would be fair to the companies and to the investors we are trying to reach. We want to get their side of the story before potential investors contact them regarding our score.

v     Give a lower ranking score to a borderline company. See definition for details.

v     Drop a company from our rating list for failure to file the required audited financial statements up 3 months after they become due.

v     Updates: Companies that missed our rating cycle will have to wait until next rating cycle when 50% or more of rated companies, audited financial statements are due. In other words if a company is in pending status and is the only one it must wait for other companies financials to be due before the rating process begins for that industry. Rational for this is that based on experience changes in only few companies do not affect the whole industry as much as changes many companies can. We can put our resource elsewhere since there is no change in rating expected.

Privacy policies:

v     The information we receive from you is to be used to carry out our business duties and to serve you. The information we receive from you is important and includes name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, and credit card numbers. This information will be held confidential and will not be disclosed to any one out side our company without your written authorization.

v     To carry out security measure to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of information such as using secure servers and disk storages.

v     To notify you of any changes in our policies.

..

Refund policies are as follows:

v     Refund for our SIC code news are made for advanced payments for unexpired portion of subscription fee only.

(Note: We are no longer taking fees for rating and monitoring. This is now N/a. Please disregard) Management feels it is hard to appear unbiased if you collect a fee to rate a company.
